Mamre Anglican School is a community of parents, students and teachers working together to provide quality educational, spiritual and emotional experiences through the process we know as formal education. The School is situated in lovely bush surroundings and provides a small friendly school environment.
Our Pre-Kindergarten integrates the principles and practice of the Early Stage 1 NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA) Program. The Pre-Kindergarten Program is designed to instil learning fundamentals in literacy and numeracy whilst fostering an appreciation of learning and developing positive friendships through learning and play. Children are encouraged to investigate, explore, observe and respond to new experiences and situations.
The children have a rich and varied program including incursions to the school library, chapel, assemblies, concerts and parent events that broaden their horizons and give them a real sense of enjoyment and community.
The program follows the school’s core values and the criteria for entry into Pre-Kindergarten are the same as those that apply to any other year at the school. Our highly qualified staff are dedicated to caring for the children on a daily basis, valuing each as an individual and helping them become active participants in their own learning. A maximum of 20 students per day are enrolled in Pre-Kindergarten, with two staff members working with the class.
The new structured session program is concise and non-repetitive with clear outcomes and allows for an easier transition to Kindergarten. Attending consecutive days also allows children to develop ongoing friendships with their classmates. Our interest-based program ensures that the children are able to explore their personal and group interests effectively.
Our 2-day session is recommended for children who have not been in formal care and our 3-day session will suit children who have been in regular formal care.
We offer a 3-day (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday) and 2-day (Thursday, Friday) session in Pre-Kindergarten. It is also possible to enrol for 5 days - Monday - Friday.

Sydney Anglican Schools Corporation will invoice you at the beginning of each term for your nominated session. The fees are available under the Community tab on this website.
You will be invoiced only for school terms i.e; a total of 38 weeks in each year.
Fees may be paid via Direct Debit, Bpay or Bpoint on a regular Monthly, fortnightly or weekly basis, or at the beginning of each term. You may also pay by cash at the school reception. Please contact the School Administrator Mrs Marijana Mitrovic if you have any questions.
