We are very excited to announce that Mamre Anglican School will host its second Christmas Extravaganza on Friday 22 November. This event is the major fundraiser for the School. This year we are raising money to make external improvements to the School (playground, more shade cloths) as well as resources for the classrooms. Our school events are always a whole school and community event so please let your friends and family know so that they too can come along and join in the fun. Christmas Extravaganza will start at 4.00pm and end at 9.00pm.
Planning is progressing well with many excited students preparing for a dance performance or art show.
Calling all business owners to partner with Mamre Anglican School and to showcase your business at our Christmas Extravaganza.
HOW YOU CAN HELP
We are seeking stallholders, sponsors, donations and volunteers.
STALL HOLDERS
We have had a good start with stallholder bookings for our market stalls. If you wish to have a stall, or know someone who would like to have a stall please download and complete the Stallholder Form available on this page. Numbers are limited and once we reach our capacity no more sites will be available.
SPONSORSHIP
Sponsorship is really important in order to have a profitable Christmas Extravaganza. Sponsorship packages start from $1,000 and range up to $5,000. If you are interested in sponsorship or know someone who might be please download and complete the Sponsorship Form available on this page.
DONATIONS
Donations can be anything from an item, experience, gift voucher, hampers, crocheted/knitting, anything that can be sold at the Mamre stall. The more items that we have the greater variety will be available and the more money the Extravganza will make. If you require a donation request letter please email committee@mamre.nsw.edu.au to arrange this.
VOLUNTEERS
If you wish to help please email committee@mamre.nsw.edu.au with your availability.
